CTO and co-founder highlights the risks of doing business on the Internet

C. The Tech Forum was founded by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.) and Sen. Bill Frist (R-Tenn.), in partnership with the Council on Competitiveness. Additional key speakers at the briefing at the U.S. Capitol Building are Richard Clarke, Special Advisor to the President for Cyberspace Security, and Dr. Vint Cerf, Senior Vice President for Internet Architecture and Technology at WorldCom Corp.
