Doug Balensiefen

Director of Operations

Doug Balensiefen is the Director of Operations for BT Counterpane. In this role, Doug provides leadership for the SOC, Integration, and Managed Devices teams.

Doug has 25 years of experience in the IT sector in various roles ranging from sales and sales support to recruiting and training, as well as operations and management. Prior to joining BT Counterpane, Doug worked at Sprint, AT&T, Genuity, and Arthur Andersen. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
